3. You will be emailed a registration code within 48 hours. The email process is not automated (saves you money) so you will not recieve the registration code immediately after purchase. Sorry.

1. Check your email address and details. If your email address is incorrect I am unable to send you your download/registration instructions.

2. If you are ordering an upgrade to Visions Of Chaos, ensure you ONLY select the upgrade. Selecting the full version and upgrade causes you to be charged the full price as well as the upgrade. When upgrading you only need to pay the upgrade price.

3. Once you click the Submit button you will be taken to a secure page to enter your credit card details. If you notice an error message appear after you click the Authorise Payment button, do NOT assume the order failed and try to re-order. Wait at least 10 minutes and check the email address you supplied to see if the payment went through. Not all error messages that popup mean the order process failed. If the order was successful you will receive an email confirming the purchase.
